Mazda Computing is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Account Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Account Representative, you will identify new sales opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage sales accounts, providing technical and administrative product information. Handle daily clerical tasks, such as typing correspondence, coordinating schedules, data entry, creating quotations, and processing documents.
- Monitor inventory and communicate estimated times of arrival (ETAs) with purchasers, promptly updating internal teams on any discrepancies.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Assist with intra-company project coordination between sales and other departments.
- Manage and monitor order statuses, communicating updates directly with clients, addressing credit issues, and negotiating returns.
- Build and maintain strong customer service relationships with prospects, preparing daily reports to keep clients informed.
- Provide backup support for the manager and team members as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
- An associate degree is required, with a bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in the technology industry is desired.
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong eye for detail; experience in scheduling production and tracking orders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and professionally via phone, email, verbal, and presentation formats. Must be adept at engaging across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
- Direct experience in customer service, with strong problem-solving abilities when working with clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding assigned tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
